Steve’s Lucky Day | Centennial Newborn

A NEWBORN SESSION WHILE GRANDMA IS VISITING!

Tiny baby Stephen – I don’t even know where to start! They call him Steve which is just the sweetest thing ever (when was the last time you met a baby Steve?!). He was so content and SO handsome too. I love that I was able to get all of the important images of him with his parents together and each one individually along with some gorgeous images of him alone. To make this session even more special though, Steve’s grandma was visiting from Texas and I was able to include her in the session as well!

I realized that I haven’t really ever mentioned it on the blog, but I always encourage clients to invite grandparents to the session. I only have a handful of snapshots of myself growing up with my grandparents. It’s such an amazing gift for these sweet babies to have professional portraits of themselves with their grandparents while they were so young and something they are sure to treasure for the rest of their lives.

Grandparents are welcome to come along to help for the entire session or just pop in for 15-20 minutes during the session. Whatever scenario works best for your family, including grandparents in your session is such a special way to give generations of your family portraits that you’ll cherish forever!

Mama’s lovely dress is a part of my Client Wardrobe and made by Daughters Of India.
