four days new

I try to always leave space in my schedule to accommodate last minute sessions so I was thrilled when sweet Megan contacted me and I had one spot for the very next day available. Megan and Dustin are the ultimate rock star parents. Not only did they walk in with a 4 day old newborn and gorgeous big brother ready to go, they were relaxed, happy and a complete joy to work with!

Baby Jack was a total dream to photograph. It’s been a while since I had a baby under a week old in the studio and it was so amazing! I know how hard it is to imagine getting yourself dressed and ready with hair and makeup so soon after you’ve had a baby but it’s so worth it to get images while your baby is so new! Tiny, squishy and sleepy, I’m not sure he woke up the entire time we were together.

It was such an honor to create these memories for this sweet family!
